Virtual Assistants

The role of virtual assistants in our lives is increasing every day. Most of the services we receive today from Internet sites are provided by a virtual assistant. Smart apps act as our assistants on mobile phones, keeping track of our appointments and to-do lists and reminding us at the right time. The growing use of intelligent technologies has made virtual assistants ubiquitous, and few people today do not have the experience to work with them. The use of artificial intelligence in building virtual assistants is significant. Intelligent virtual assistants will do many repetitive and tedious tasks in the near future.
In this chapter of the book, the application of intelligent technologies in the preparation and construction of virtual assistants is discussed. New and intellectual possibilities for the future are introduced and examined to expand the use of such assistants.
